I have a palm tree in my front yard I want to sell. Picture included!?

Does anyone know if this palm will sell for any value? I have a man coming to look at it but I want to have an idea of how much I might be looking at so I dont get screwed. Is this indeed a sabal palm?

A palm tree, man I wish I could buy it, I love palm trees!!!!
It would never survive where I live, but something like that should go for at $100 if not more!!!!!
I’ve seen smaller ones in stores that go for $100-$300

i don’t know exactly what kind of palm it is.but it is a pretty one it looks like a sabal but i can’t say for sure so i am not i would ask a fair price for it ask what you think it is worth if the guy don’t want to pay keep it.there will be others looking find out for sure if it is a sabal palm.then you can advertise the name people pay for the name.

I believe that’s a Mexican fan palm. Common palm trees like this at a tree farm generally go for about $100 a foot. If the buyer is going to dig it out himself, I would offer a price of about 1/3 to 1/2 of that price ($30 to $50 a foot) and negotiate from there.

    Very nice tree :)
you see nothing like that here in Washington State.
I would call a local garden nursery and ask them.
